Kiran Bajaj is a sikh girl, born and brought up in Pune, married to a Marwadi for the last 17 years, and happy at that. She has a daughter, a teenager of 15 years.
Having studied management from the University of Pune, Kiran has been an active player in the fields of brand management, corporate sales, business development and client management for 17 years now.
Currently, Kiran also plays the role of Managing Partner in a recruitment firm. She has recently launched Diversity Hiring, a service where corporate clients are assisted in recruiting women as a part of their human capital setup.
How did you hear about this project?
I was informed about this project from a society friend, who happens to be a close friend of Sonali, the director of the play.
What convinced you to participate?
I’ve carried the interest of performing on stage from as long as I can remember. When opportunity presented itself, giving me a golden chance of discovering this side of my personality, I seized it.
What kind of a woman are you?
Positive, strong, compassionate and dependable are the four words which sum me up. I firmly believe I am an excellent driver of any business I take responsibility of and excel in generating business with great success.
How do you see the women in Pune?
Women in Pune are achievers. They are full of enthusiasm and define what it means to be modern.
